Media Spokespersons
THE OBJECTIVE
The objective is to develop highly effective spokespeople that communicate insightful, substantive and defensible key messages that are editorially sound under a variety of pressure-filled situations individually and in a group to advance corporate objectives.

Crisis Communications
The objective is to help prepare and equip designated crisis leaders to respond swiftly and effectively in an emergency situation, controlling any potential reputational damage and maintaining a positive image of the company by successfully managing public perception in a substantive fashion.
This training session comprises three parts:

Participants will experience and learn how to:
- Craft key messages, statements and FAQs in a high-pressure environment
- Engage effectively and communicate with internal & external stakeholders
- Work as a team to ensure consistent delivery of messages to all stakeholders
- Experience and use multiple communications platforms, in real-time, to their advantage
- Understand and further develop Group Business Continuity Processes
