Lee Kuan Yew, admired by all manner of esteemed individuals, including Maggie Thatcher, Barack Obama, Henry Kissinger, and Charlie Munger, had three immutable laws when building Singapore.

1. Speak English.

2. Grow (and attract) really smart people and

3. No corruption.

Devilishly simple.

Difficult to execute.

Malaysians — discuss.
